To register and obtain the reduced registration rates, your completed registration form must be received on or before October 1.
If paying by credit card, complete the online registration OR,
If paying by check, print and complete the registration form and mail (or email: firstname.lastname@example.org) to the Council of Graduate Schools, Meetings Dept., One Dupont Circle, NW, Suite 230, Washington, DC 20036. Checks should be made payable to the Council of Graduate Schools.
Payment must be received within 14 days of the meeting start date (November 23) to avoid cancellation. Registrations made within 14 days of the event must be paid at the time of registration.
The registration fee includes meeting materials and a number of meals, including the opening reception, two lunches, and morning and afternoon refreshment breaks. Guest meal tickets may be purchased on the registration form. Regular registrations will be accepted through November 15.

Graduate Student Rate
CGS will fully refund registration and ticket fees if cancellation notification is received, in writing, on or before November 1. After November 1, all refunds will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be honored after November 15.
