Exhibitor Table Information

     

    Internet

    Each exhibitor will have access to two internet connections at their exhibit space.

     

    Set-up/Take-down

    Set-up will begin on Wednesday, December 6 at 8:00 am. The exhibit hall will be open to attendees on both Thursday, December 7, and Friday, December 8, from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. The exhibit hall will be closed for lunch from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm on both days. The room will be secured during the lunch hours on Thursday and Friday, December 7 and 8, and on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, December 6 and 7, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 am. Exhibitors are asked to completely take down their exhibits by Friday evening.

     

    Shipping Information

    Meeting and exhibitor materials are to be shipped to the hotel no earlier than Monday, December 4. Please label packages as follows:

    Please note the following handling and storage fees charged by the hotel.

    50¢ per pound for receiving/off loading
    50¢ per pound per day starting on the 4th day for storage
    $35 per day for storage of large crates/cases
    $5 additional fee per box for receiving boxes sent to non-registered guests.

     

    Miscellaneous

    CGS will provide a 6 foot skirted table and access to electricity and internet as noted above.
