To register and obtain the reduced registration rates your registration must be received/completed on or before October 1, 2025. To get signed up, there are three ways to proceed: 

  • If paying by credit card, complete the online registration by logging into your CGS profile OR,
  • If you do not have access to your CGS account, are registering on behalf of a colleague, please complete the PDF registration form and send it to us via email: meetings@cgs.nche.edu OR,
  • If paying by check and wish to create an invoice, print and complete the registration form and mail (or email: meetings@cgs.nche.edu) to the Council of Graduate Schools, Meetings Dept., One Dupont Circle, NW, Suite 230, Washington, DC 20036. Checks should be made payable to the Council of Graduate Schools. 

Payment Policy

Payment must be received within 14 days of the meeting start date (November 20) to avoid cancellation. Registrations made within 14 days of the event must be paid at the time of registration. 

Meeting Fees

The registration fee includes meeting materials and a number of meals, including the opening reception, two lunches, and morning and afternoon refreshment breaks.  Guest meal tickets may be purchased on the registration form.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

CGS will fully refund registration and ticket fees if cancellation notification is received, in writing, on or before November 1.  After November 1, all refunds will be subject to a $100 processing fee.  No refunds will be honored after November 15.
