Join the Advocacy Ambassadors Network (AAN)

It is imperative that CGS has a strong network of advocates who are prepared to carry the Council’s federal priorities forward. This is a call to join this network of graduate deans who serve as leaders in the advocacy space. CGS is dedicated to working in a bipartisan manner with members of Congress and the Administration to achieve the goals of the graduate community.

What AAN Members Do

Through access to additional CGS resources on advocacy best practices, AAN members discuss and strategize how to best engage students, campus services, foundations, and policymakers on issues most influential to your institution. AAN Members are invited to participate in:

  • Webinars focused on specific policy and advocacy topics relevant to graduate education
  • Network-specific events at CGS’s Summer Workshop and Annual Meeting
  • Weekly AAN updates on pressing federal policy issues

Interested in Joining?

All CGS members are eligible to join AAN at no additional cost. For more information, or to join CGS Advocacy Ambassadors Network, contact Nick Cox at ncox@cgs.nche.edu.
