Hello all: I am interested to know if your graduate school/college receives all or a portion of the additional tuition or fees assessed to graduate students. Additionally does your unit retain all your graduate application fees (if you collect them in your grad school structure).

Sadly, at WMU the Grad School does not collect application fees or tuition. With our RCM-like budget model, tuition goes to the college housing the program and app fees go to central budget to pay for the application system and personnel.

Rowan University is currently under the same model as WMU (response above). Our entire operational budget and positions are from the university.

At ECU, Application fees create a portion of our budget. If we waive fees, the Graduate School operational budget decreases. We do not have access to any portion of student fees.
