The Annual Meeting begins with pre-meeting workshops on Wednesday, December 4 followed by the New Member and First-Time Attendee Meet and Greet at 5:00 pm and the Opening Reception at 6:00 pm.   

The main program begins on Thursday, December 5 at 8:30 am. The Annual Meeting program includes informative plenary and concurrent sessions on the issues most pressing to the graduate education community. Sponsored breakfasts and lightning sessions round out the program along with the exhibit hall which will be open on December 5 and 6.

LaPidus Lecture

The LaPidus lecture will be presented at the morning plenary session on Friday, December 6 at 9:00 am. This lecture was established to honor the late Jules LaPidus, a past-president of CGS. The lecture is delivered each year by an international leader and visionary thinker. Juie Posselt, Professor of Higher Education in the Rossier School of Education, Executive Director of the USC Center for Enrollment Research Policy and Practice, and Associate Dean in the USC Graduate School will deliver the 2024 lecture, “Systemic Change in Graduate Education.”
