Special Event

Cocktail Reception at the Old South Meeting House

Monday, July 15, 2024
6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Experience America’s colonial past and join us for a private reception at the Old South Meeting House, where the historic Boston Tea Party unfolded.

Built in 1729 as a Puritan meeting house, this iconic structure played a pivotal role in shaping American history. Serving as a gathering point for colonists in their defiance against British authority in the prelude to the Revolutionary War, it remains a significant emblem of the nation’s past. Today, it stands as an important colonial site, an early model of public historic conservation efforts, and one of the earliest museums of American history. Don’t miss this opportunity to mingle and network in the same space frequented by past congregants, including notable figures such as Phillis Wheatley, Samuel Adams, and Benjamin Franklin.

Ticket price includes beer, wine, soft drinks and appetizers. Plan to meet the group at the Old South Meeting House, 310 Washington Street. The Old South Meeting House is a short 20-minute walk from the Hilton Boston Park Plaza.  Attendees can also utilize Uber/Lyft or taxi service.

The event begins at 6:00 pm and concludes at 8:00 pm.

Ticket price: $90. Pre-registration is recommended.

Onsite ticket sales are not guaranteed.
