I would like to poll this community to understand where course based masters admissions are handled in your university. Is it through your undergraduate admissions office, or the graduate school? We are in the midst of moving to a new graduate admissions platform, and this is a question that has arisen multiple times in the past on our campus. Thanks for any info you can provide!
Admissions for all graduate programs at UMBC are managed by the Graduate School. But there are many universities that have their undergraduate and graduate admissions in the same office. There are advantages to both arrangements so it may come down to the best arrangement for your university.
Admissions for all graduate programs and post bacc programs and non-degree classes taken by people who already have an UG degree are processed through the school of graduate studies.
