The cost of a graduate student to a grant continues to rise, with increasing tuition and stipends. Our faculty are seeking relief from charging in-state tuition to federal grants. I’m curious as to what other universities require. In other words, on the tuition line of a grant budget, what dollar amount is requested from the funder?
