A new brief released in July explores the forces that may be altering Indian nationals’ capacity and willingness to attend graduate school in the U.S. India’s educational improvements, poverty alleviation efforts and increased access to information and resources may be the contributors to India’s growth in applications and enrollment in U.S. graduate schools.
